Statement |
| In my collages I like to work with materials that are used by children in elementary school like paper, scissors, crayons and glue. Creating in the style of Abstract Expressionism allows me to improvise and sculpt a piece that is perpetually active and inventive without the burden of a linear agenda. My collages start with chance and randomness and go through a process that leads to beauty and order. Through my work I celebrate the cacophony of chaos and the harmony that results. |
